Share Your Story

The Humanity Cure is built on a simple idea: small acts of kindness, connection, and presence change lives in ways we rarely see coming.

Since I began writing this book, people have shared their own stories with me — moments when someone showed up, asked the second question, sat with them in the hard place, or did something small that made all the difference.

If you have a story like this — something you witnessed, experienced, gave, or received — I would be honored to hear it. Some stories may be shared in future newsletters, on social media, or in future writing (always with your permission and on your terms).

Stories can be a few sentences or a few paragraphs. You can share them under your name, your first name only, or anonymously.

By submitting your story, you agree that:

Your story may be shared by Keita Franklin in newsletters, on social media, in speaking engagements, in future writing, or in promotional materials related to The Humanity Cure and related work. Your story will be credited according to the preference you indicated above, and any identifying details may be lightly edited for clarity, length, or privacy. You may withdraw permission at any time by emailing keitafranklin4@yahoo.com — though stories already published in print materials cannot be removed from those materials.

If your story involves another person, please share only what is yours to share. Avoid identifying others by full name unless you have their permission.

This is not a place for crisis support. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
